Situated in the picturesque region of South Tyrol in northern Italy, Schenna is a hidden gem that offers a harmonious blend of Alpine charm and Mediterranean warmth. The town also celebrates both German and Italian holiday traditions, making it an engaging destination year-round.  Schenna’s culinary scene reflects the region’s blend of influences, with local dishes such as Schlutzkrapfen, (spinach and cheese dumplings) and Speckknödel (bacon dumplings) served alongside Italian specialties like pasta and risotto. Many restaurants in Schenna source their ingredients locally, so guests enjoy a true taste of South Tyrol with every meal.
